PAYMENT 

A 50% deposit fee is due upon order confirmation for Balloon Creations. All payments are due before the scheduled pick-up or delivery/installation. We accept cash, check and VENMO.

LOCAL PICK-UP

Local pick up is based on availability. Our designer will contact you with a day and time that works for both parties. All Balloon sales are final once the balloons have left our studio.

 

HOW TO TRANSPORT YOUR BALLOON CREATION:

Be sure to come in an SUV or van with rear seats down and plenty of room in the back. Balloons will not fit with car seats installed and seats up, or with strollers, boxes, or extra gear. Our balloon creations can be 3-6 feet in size and require much more space than most clients realize. Please ask us in advance if you have any concerns on whether they will fit into your make and model of vehicle. 

 

LOCAL DELIVERY

We offer delivery to limited areas close to our studio in Wilmington, NC. for a $20 fee.

Our delivery zip codes include: 28403, 28405, 28409, 28411. Any deliveries outside of these local areas will incur a $1/mile additional fee.

 

RETURNS

All Balloon sales are final. Float Balloon Boutique is not responsible for balloons that pop after pick up. Extreme temperatures, windy conditions, sharp objects, rough surfaces, rough handling of balloons, little toddler hands etc. can cause balloons to pop. If we pop your balloon by accident in delivery or handling, a replacement balloon will be given.

BALLOON QUALITY

We use high quality latex balloons which are 100% biodegradable.

 

BALLOON LONGEVITY

Our custom helium filled balloons last for 2-3 days, sometimes up to several weeks. Air filled Balloons can last up to several weeks. Balloons are sensitive to heat and cold which can affect the lifespan of your balloons. Float Balloon Boutique cannot guarantee the lifespan of your balloons after they are picked up or delivered. ​If you are using outside, we recommend using in shady areas or placing/ installing them as close to party time as possible. Balloons can pop if left out in direct sun or heat or windy conditions.​ 

 

BALLOON REMOVAL

When your event is over, it’s your responsibility to take down all balloon installations and dispose properly.

 

RUSH ORDERS

We would love to help you with a rush order, but you must email us to check our availability and to order. An additional fee will be added to your order.

CUSTOM ORDERS

We love custom design projects. Please fill out our Order Inquiry form with your specifications and send us photos of your space along with approximate measurements of height/length of your  party/installation area. We are more than happy to help you with sizing and design!

 

BALLOON GARLAND

Want to make a BIG impression? Our custom balloon garland will be the talk of your special event. We can create balloon garlands as long as you desire, complete with floral arrangements and plenty off special add-ons.

BALLOON SAFETY

WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD Children under 8 years of age can choke or suffocate on un-inflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep un-inflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once.

BALLOON DETAILS

We only work with the highest quality latex and foil mylar balloons on the market. Our natural rubber latex balloons are 100% biodegradable. We also advocate smart balloon practices; keep balloons secure and weighted, do not release in the air, and properly dispose of balloons once they are popped or deflated.
